Cotabato City, Philippines – A total of 1,301 boys were circumcised during the free “Oplan Tuli: Serbisyong Angkop sa Mamamayan (SAM)” medical mission held from May 20 to 22, 2025, at Sero Central School. The program was spearheaded by the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA) office of MP Dr. Susana Salvador Anayatin , together with the Office for Settler Communities (OSC) under the Office of the Chief Minister–BARMM.
