OSC Urges Settler Communities’ Organizations to Secure PSO Certification
COTABATO CITY, BARMM — With the official filing period for Parliamentary Sectoral Organizations (PSO) opening tomorrow, March 16, the Office for Settler Communities (OSC) is issuing an urgent call to all Settler Communities’ organizations in the region to immediately secure their mandatory sectoral certification. From March 16 to March 23, 2026, the Bangsamoro Registration and Accreditation Committee (BRAC) will accept registration and accreditation filings for the upcoming 2026 Bangsamoro Parliamentary Elections. However, the OSC strictly reminds all intending groups that acquiring an official OSC Certification is a non-negotiable prerequisite before any BRAC filing can occur. Under the Bangsamoro Autonomy Act (BAA) No. 88, the OSC serves as the exclusive certifying agency for the Settler Communities sector.
