Bangsamoro Sectors Unite for Inclusive Governance in Multi-Sectoral Dialogue

Oplan Tuli: 1,301 Boys Served in 3-Day Free Circumcision Drive

Cotabato City, Philippines – A total of 1,301 boys were circumcised during the free “Oplan Tuli: Serbisyong Angkop sa Mamamayan (SAM)” medical mission held from May 20 to 22, 2025, at Sero Central School. The program was spearheaded by the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA) office of MP Dr. Susana Salvador Anayatin , together with the Office for Settler Communities (OSC) under the Office of the Chief Minister–BARMM. MP Anayatin serves both as a Member of Parliament and the Executive Director of OSC.
